(+44) 1534 747929 1. Introduction 1.1 This website is accessible to everyone without registering personal details. If you are asked for any personal details it will be solely for billing or shipping purposes. We do not sell email addresses and have far better things to do than send SPAM.
1.2 Our terms and conditions may change from time to time without warning. If this concerns you please check back here periodically to check for any changes as they are binding on you. These terms and conditions supersede all previous terms.
2. Ordering 2.1 You are deemed to have placed an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and correct any errors. You will be sent an order acknowledgement that details the product or product you have ordered.
2.2 We are deemed to have accepted your order when we despatch it. You will receive a despatch confirmation by email. The purchase contract is made when the order is despatched even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless you have been notified that we cannot accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
2.3 We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time due to, but not limited to, the following:
a. the ordered goods or products are unavailable
b. we are unable to receive authorization for your payment
c. there is a pricing or product description error
d. you do not meet the eligibility requirements set out in these terms and conditions
2.4 In order to reduce the chances of credit card fraud you may be asked to provide further documentation of your identity. If further documentation cannot be provided, the order may be cancelled.
3. Pricing 3.1 VAT will not be charged on items with a value of less than £17.99. All items with a value in excess of £17.99 will have VAT applied when shipped to the United Kingdom.
3.2 Where there is a charge for shipping the rates will be set out at time of purchase.
4. Cancellation and return policy
4.1 If you wish to cancel an order after you have placed it please notify us by email before we have despatched your goods. If we have already despatched your order, please return in accordance with clause 4.2.
4.2 You may return an item or items for a refund or exchange for any reason if you obtain a return authorization from us within 7 days of receipt. The cost of returning the goods to us shall be borne by you.
4.3 If you believe that you have received damaged or defective goods you must notify us immediately. All damaged or defective goods should be sent back to us for us to inspect. If it is deemed that you have received either defective or damaged goods a replacement will be sent free of charge and the cost incurred shipping the damaged goods to us for inspection will be refunded to you.
4.4 If you are exchanging an item for a like item of a different size, the shipping cost will be paid by you.
5. License 5.1 All text, graphics and photographs on the website are property of Little Green Rock or are being used under license. You may extract text from the website so long as the text is used in its intended context and not modified. With the exception of the Gallery pages, no image may be used without our written permission.
5.2 Images from the Gallery pages may be downloaded for private use. Any commercial use of images from our website must have our written permission.
5.3 The name ’Little Green Rock’ and the rock logo are trademarked and must not be used without our written permission.
5.4 Any rights not expressed in these terms and conditions are reserved.
6. Service access 6.1 While, for obvious reasons, we endeavour to ensure that our website is available 24 hours a day we cannot be held liable for the website being unavailable for any reason for any time period.
6.2 Access to the website may be limited or suspended from time to time for failure, maintenance or reasons beyond our control.
7. Visitor material and conduct 7.1 Other than your personal information used for shipping and billing, any material posted to this website or the associated blog will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.
7.2 You are prohibited from posting or transmitting, to or from this website, any material that can be considered threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy or anything else that I have missed that might annoy the hell out of me or anyone else. Phew!
7.3 Do not post material that you do not have all necessary licenses or approvals for.
7.4 Do not post any material which may encourage conduct that would be considered criminal or infringe the rights of any third party.
7.5 Do not post any technically harmful material – viruses, logic bombs, Trojan horses, worms, corrupted data or any malicious software. Get a life, geeks!
7.6 Do not hack our website.
7.7 Do not SPAM our website.
7.8 We will comply with law enforcement agencies to help identify any person or agency who is in breach of clauses 7.2 – 7.7.
8. Links 8.1 Links on our website are not under our control and are posted solely for your interest/convenience. We will not be held responsible for the contents of any website other than our own.
8.2 We appreciate links to this website and you may do so as long as you do not:
- remove, distort or alter the Little Green Rock logo
- create any frame or browser around this website
- imply that we are endorsing any products other than our own
- misrepresent your relationship with us
- use any logo on our site without our written permission
- link from a website not owned and operated by you
- have a website that contains offensive, distasteful, offensive or controversial material or material that may infringe any intellectual property rights or the rights of any other person or agency We reserve any rights not listed above.

8.3 You agree to be liable for any loss or damage to us or our partners due to your breach of clause 8.2.
9. Registration 9.1 Anyone may register for this site in good faith. The registration process is simply for your convenience and a product of the way our website provider has set up the site. All information supplied by you during the registration process is for the sole purpose of billing and shipping. We will never give your personal details to another party and we will not contact you via email, telephone or post without you first requesting us to do so.
9.2 Your password is your responsibility and you should notify us immediately if you believe someone else may be using your account fraudulently.
9.3 We may cancel your account at any time if you are in breach of these terms and conditions.
10. Disclaimer 10.1 While we do everything we can to ensure that all information on this website is correct, we are humans and extremely prone to cocking up even the simplest of tasks and, as such, cannot warranty the accuracy and completeness of the material on this website. We may make changes to the material contained on this website, or to the products and prices described in it at any time without notice.
10.2 The material on this website is provided ’as is’ without any conditions, warranties or other terms of any kind. Accordingly, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we provide you with this website on the basis that we exclude all representations, warranties, conditions and other terms (including, without limitation, the conditions implied by law of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and the use of reasonable care and skill) which but for these terms and conditions might have effect in relation to this website.
11. Liability 11.1 We will not be held liable for any loss or damage that may result from you using this website.
11.2 Nothing in these terms and conditions can exclude our liability for (i) death or injury caused by negligence; (ii) fraud; (iii) misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter; or (iv) any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11.3 If your use of this website results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment, software or data, you assume all costs thereof.
11.4 You agree to fully indemnify us fully, defend and hold us and our officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs – to include reasonable legal fees – arising out of any breach of these terms and conditions by you, your use of this website or the use by any other party using your registration details.
12. Governing laws and jurisdiction 12.1 These terms and conditions are subject to the laws and exclusive jurisdiction of the island of Jersey in the British Channel Islands. Disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Jersey courts.
12.2 You are responsible for ensuring that the viewing or use of this website is in compliance with local laws.
13. Miscellaneous 13.1 You may not transfer any of your rights under these terms and conditions.
13.2 If any clause contained in these terms and conditions are found to be invalid, only that clause will be considered invalid and the remainder of these terms and conditions shall remain in force and will still be binding.
13.3 Only parties to these terms and conditions may seek to enforce the clauses contained within.
14. Delivery 14.1 Shipping is by standard post unless otherwise notified and, as such, out of our control. At peak postal times the delivery time to the UK may be up to 14 days. All expected delays will be communicated to you via email. If you have not received your order after 14 days, please contact us to arrange a replacement or refund.
